Does anyone out there have something that they make for dinner on Christmas that everyone just loves and can you share your recipe. Here is one for you and if you like eggnog you got to try it. In a bowl put one gallon of whole milk two packages of vanilla pudding mix, and about a table spoon of nutmeg and vanilla extract. for a little extra taste put in just a little rum extract (optional) let set for awhile taste you might have to put a touch more nutmeg.. another option is putting spoonfuls of whip cream on the top makes it taste great.. I know at my parties this gets sucked down with a lot of compliments. if you wanted im sure you could go low fat??? But its Christmas.... HAPPY HOLIDAYS:!!!!!

Once I had a piece of honeydew melon that had been sprinkled with ginger-flavored confectioner's sugar. It came with a small
bowl of extra sugar, should you want some. It was really quite
strong but perfect for the melon.

I tried to duplicate it at home, but it was nothing like the one mentioned. Do you have a clue? (I used powdered ginger and
confecioner's sugar)

I am attempting to process my own pork and need to know what spices to use in doing so. I can not find detailed information on the internet so thought I would come here to see if anyone can help me. The meat needs to be processed today so any immediate help would be greatly appreciated. Note: it is Wild Hog meat that I am processing. Did not know if that made a difference or not. It is relatively tasteless as it is. If you can help, please e-mail with the requested information. Thanks!

They are a type of dried pea that they used to sell in certain areas in the north of England at fairs etc. They were boiled for ages and then eaten in a cup with vinegar added ! I know that there are certain shops in that part of the world that do sell them but as I live in Cambridgeshire I need them posted. Booths in Blackburn sell them and they used to sell them on Rochdale indoor market.
Any ideas ?
Thanks
