Welcome to Hawaii, where Spam is King,
Dice it up small and make your loaf as normal, one thing I would od is to put a rack under it to keep it out of the grease which the Ground beef and Spam both have. Go the Island way and add Pineapple and Brown sugar to top it, Aloha

Many people mix hamburger and ground pork to make their meatloaf. Using Spam instead would be fine. I would not add any additional salt to the mix, as Spam has a high salt content.

You could do that I guess but why take a high sodium overprocessed mystery meat food like SPAM to do that. Just add in an equivalent amount of chopped veal to the chopped beef, and add a couple of raw eggs, a cup of milk, and several slices of white bread crumbled up with salt and pepper, add a chopped onion and celery with a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce and you will have a fantastic tasty meatloaf or meat for deliciious hamburgers too.

Don't use spam...nasty overprocessed meat product high in sodium!

Use a 50/40/10 mix of ground beef, ground pork, and mild italian sausage (in that order) for a juicy, tasty meatloaf that is fresh and not procesed!

Depends if you like spam. My husband adds Jimmy Dean sausage to his. It is awesome.

That sounds nasty. Add boxed stuffing, and an egg to ground beef. Put in pan and bake. Now that's good.
