Day1 - big batch of macaroni beef "surprise" ... keep some "sans macaroni" for "sloppy joe" sandwiches. then you can have veggies as side dishes. (spaghetti sauce, ground beef, canned tomatoes, add macaroni & seasonings to taste) - and go ahead and make those beans for day 2.
Day2 - Pork & beans! But not out of the can! You can have your pork chops, beans & green beans. yum.
Day3 - quick tuna or chicken salad with basmati.
You'll have leftovers to get you several days!

Fry up the chops in some oil on the stive, then add your italian seasonings, a can of tomoatos, and the juice. Chop some garlic and simmer the chops in what is now a beautiful italian sauce. Kinda like chicken caccitore but pork caccitore!!! Serve over pasta. Hope this helps!!! Enjoy

As I often am low on energy but still hungry, I would just brown the pork chops, put in baking pan, mix 1/2 can mushroom soup with a little milk, pour over chops, cover with foil, cut potatoes in half, wrap foil and put all in oven at 350 for 45 mins. or so until potatoes are done. For more flavor, you can chop 1/2 onion, saute quickly in pan after you brown chops and add to chops/soup mixture. Don't forget a little salt, pepper and maybe some parsley for the chops.

spaghetti, chicken pot pie or chicken & dumplings, chicken or tuna casserole, pork stir-fry if you have soy sauce, sugar & corn starch, sloppy joes if you have ketchup (or bbq sauce), brown sugar, worcestire & mustard powder, goulash....there's a ton of stuff you could make.
Also, try www.allrecipes.com. They have a recipe search based on ingredients.
