Lol, I was gonna say months!!!! A few years, girl throw them away. Also Flour is an iffy one cause if left for long periods of time weebles(not sure Spelling) will invade your flour. hey are little black seck like insects and they harbour in the flour. I would throw both out. Hope this helps

I've used knorr stock cubes I've had in the cupboard for 2 years - to no ill effects!!

With regards to the flour is should be fine in an airtight cannister for a few months - I then become paranoid and throw it out, as I stare at the flour in the cannister looking for little black specks which are the 'weebles' (they looks like black pepper).

I remember opening dried rice at school once - and it was full of them - YUCH !

The cubes should be good for years because I have done that and they were fine. Flour if just kept in a canister in the kitchen over time will hatch flour weevils so if you need to store flour for long period of time place it in the freezer.

Your answers are probably close enough on the flour.
Since you gave a brand name for the bouillon, I went to their site:
http://www.knorr.com
Click the Customer entrance, then your country. At the very bottom, click on Freshness-Checker, then select Bouillon from the drop-down list.
Now you have to enter the manufacturing code...
