Yep, pop em back in the oven for a few minutes under the broiler after you have sauced them. Enjoy!!!

The best hot wings don't use batter at all. Just wash and dry individual wing sections and fry them in 350 degree peanut oil until the skin is crispy and the surface of the wings is firm.

Toss them into a large bowl and pour the sauce over them and toss them to coat. You'll have a wing that's crispy outside, moist inside, and perfectly coated with sauce.

I think the best way is to fry them in some oil. Make sure the oil is very hot before putting the wings in, and don't overcrowd the pan.

I toss mine in seasoned flour. Put whatever you like.(salt ,pepper,chicken seasoning etc) Fry in hot oil. Mix butter and hot sauce together, put in microwave until melted. Add ketchup. Stir all together. Toss with wings.

well first you you need to make the souce out of tobasco and hot souce then get you some hot greese then fry it with the souce and do not wipe the souce off!

I bake them first, then either grill or broil them.

Everyone loves them. I generally make about 5# at a time.
