Once I had a piece of honeydew melon that had been sprinkled with ginger-flavored confectioner's sugar. It came with a small
bowl of extra sugar, should you want some. It was really quite
strong but perfect for the melon.

I tried to duplicate it at home, but it was nothing like the one mentioned. Do you have a clue? (I used powdered ginger and
confecioner's sugar)

I know you can make Vanilla flavored Confectioners sugar by putting the sugar in a container with a vanilla bean and letting it set for a few days
