I made chocolate chip cookies from the recipe I found on
the internet and people seemed loved this recipe.
When I made my cookies though, they were so soft and
light almost like cakes or bread. What's wrong with my proceedure?
Can anyone make correction or suggestion?
Does anyone have a recipe for chocolate chip cookies?

My boyfriend will be late tonight from work, so I want to cook him a meal. I have some steaks that are thawing right now. Any creative ideas? We always have steak and potatoes, so I would like to do something else. I thank you in advance for you suggestions!

At Indian restaurants they make the most amazing, delicious beef biryani, but try as I might, I cannot find a decent recipe anywhere that makes the rice so orange in colour and the meat really tender. I would frankly marry (well maybe not) the person who can give me the correct recipe!

I'm supposed to go to a potluck with an Asian food theme this weekend -- no specifics on whether this needs to be East Asian or South East Asian, or even whether I need to bring an appetizer, main course, or dessert. However, I'm not much of a cook, and whatever I make has to be easily transported (so soup is probably out). Any ideas? Please suggest some simple recipes... thank you!

i am searching for some kind of FREE service where you can enter ur own recipes and store them online? it's BEST if they allow you to: store many many recipes, include ur own pictures, sorts alphabetically, calculates nutritional value(though this maybe be a bit much to ask!)
