"Roasted Garlic"
Cut the top off a head of garlic. Place the head on a square of foil; drizzle it with olive oil and wrap. Roast in 400* oven 45 minutes. Squeeze garlic from skin.

Bread Spread: Mash with olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Mashed Potatoes: Whisk in a little chicken broth; use in place of cream or milk.
Sauce for Chicken: Saute chicken breasts in skillet, then mash garlic in pan. Stir in broth, rosemary, salt and pepper. Boil to reduce to a syrup; pour over chicken.

Cut off the top, make a little aluminum foil boat, and roast for about an hour at 350.

cut the little hard root end off, wrap them in foil with some olive oil and bake at 350-400 until soft and golden, they should just squish ouy when you squeeze them....you don't have to cut the hard part if u don't want to
remember to save energy, throw them in with other things you are already cooking! or use a toaster oven
do alot ahead of time , keeps in fridge 7-10 days
