Jalapeno Lasagna Biscuits
Add 1 part lasagna to 4 parts water and place in a blender
Once it is puree'd put it in a mixing bowl
Add:
1 clove of minced garlic
2 chopped jalapeno peppers
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp shortening
2 cups of sifted flour (add more flour for altitude cooking)
Mix the ingredients together to form balls.
Place on a prepared cookie sheet (non-stick pad of floured surface)
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 F or until golden brown
Brush with butter

I always like to make a shepherds pie combo with it...
I think the combo of the lasagna + cheese + potato is really filling and warming on cold winter nights... mmm
darn its 9am and I'm desperate for my dinner already!!

Freeze some of it in serving-size portions in zip lock bags. Serve with a side of meatballs, salad & garlic bread.

You could slice it up and make soup, toss it in within the last 5 minutes of cooking just to warm up.

Freeze it! Simple easy meal when your on the run. Just make sure you heat it up properly.

you can freeze some it for another time..put into freezer safe containers, or you could give some of it to a homeless shelter, or a church that feeds the poor in your area
