Im on a budget and have to come up with food that is hopefully quick and easy to make but definatly cheap!

is it really cow hooves? if not then what is it made of? what is gelatin made out of? what is fumaric acid? what is sodium citrate?

what is any of the ingredients originated from?

Similar to a normal cake, but made with vegetables. Maybe a Potato or Zucchini cake?

If you know more about baking than me (which is probably likely),
perhaps you can provide a sweetened recipe that I could leave the
sweetener out of without affecting the texture of a the "cake".

this is the ice cream recipe

3 tsp unflavored gelatin (such as Knox gelatin)

3 cup skim milk

6 Tbsp sugar

3 tsp vanilla extract

3 Tbsp water

I don't have any gelatin but can I substiute it with corn starch or an egg. If so how much? Thank you bunches!

and used it, but now when I went to wash it out after using it, I noticed that I had forgotten to remove the paper that is stuck on the bottom of the pan. I tried scraping it off, but it is really stuck. Any suggestions how to remove the lable? I have tried to find the Chefmate headquarters, but cannot find their website.
