and used it, but now when I went to wash it out after using it, I noticed that I had forgotten to remove the paper that is stuck on the bottom of the pan. I tried scraping it off, but it is really stuck. Any suggestions how to remove the lable? I have tried to find the Chefmate headquarters, but cannot find their website.

Oil (vegetable or olive) or peanut butter should work. You just need to smear it kinda thickly on the paper spot then let it sit a while. Otherwise you could use Krud Kutter Adhesive Remover or Goo Gone, both are usually available at Wal-mart, Home Depot, Lowe's, or other home improvement store.

Eucalyptus oil. Pour a few drops on and spread them around. After a minute or so, rub with a soft cloth. Repeat if necessary. Should be available at drug store. Enjoy the smell of Australia!

Try putting it ion the freezer and then using a small metal spatula after a few hours in there. Contact the retailer that you purchased your product through if you can't find the paperwork on it.

lighter fluid and a plastic pan scraper...it's better than goo gone because the smell evaporates quickly. Otherwise just cook on the pan and eventually it'll just burn off.
