We have wild grapes that grow in our fields and we are tired of jelly, can you make wine without any specialty equipment? I have a stockpot, canning jars, and a canner (pressure cooker). I would love a recipe if anyone has one, also!! Thanks in advance!!!

I'm looking for some really yummy and HEALTHY snacks I can make.

I want something different, not just the usual piece of fruit. I love all kinds of food, so any ideas are welcome! Please provide recipes for things I can MAKE, I don't want pre-made things from the grocery store :)

Thank you :)

I'm cooking for someone tomorrow night who just dropped the bombshell that they can't have dairy or any flour products. I'm planning to do something with chicken and hopefully broccoli or zuccini but I don't want to just make a boring baked chicken. If you know of any sauces that don't require milk, that would be great.
