your butter is too soft

You put too much crisco (or butter, or oleo) and not enough flour. Just add more flour slowly and mix thoroughly. You could try chilling it a few minutes too. That might help.

Add flour a tablespoon at a time and knead. Keep doing until it is manageable. Good luck to you. I find that cookies are more difficult than pies and cakes! I usually make brownies.

try chilling it, and then form your cookies. I don't like adding flour as it tends to alter the taste, but probably will work.

Use real butter, not margarine or any other substitute.
You also may have an incorrect ratio of ingredients.

Start over.
