I like lake trout, flounder, and redfish the most. How bout u?

I like my pet fish 'Smiley'. When he's fed he swims in circles, blows bubbles, goes up and down and I swear he looks at me and smiles!
How can he NOT be my favorite fish ? ? ?

i love just about any kind of fish there is haha but i love bass out of the lake cleaned fresh and fried, redfish is also delicious baked on a grill.

You can get it totally fresh here. Just drive down to the coast and throw out a line.

Ahi tuna! Give it to me as rare as possible. If I can't get it sashimi (spelling?) or sushi style then at least seared VERY RARE! OMG It's so freaking good. Then maybe a nice baked Chilean sea bass with lemon. Mmmmmmmmmmm!

My favourite is Garoupa (best cooking method is freshly killed, steamed, dip with soy sauce. Here is a photo of the dish (the lower one)
