Plz try this delicious and nutritious Chinese sesame sauce.
------2 Tbsp sesame paste
------2 Tbsp soy suace
------1 tsp sugar
------1 tsp vinegar
------1 tsp sesame oil
------1 tsp minced garlic
------op. 1 tsp diced green onion
------op. 1/2 tsp minced ginger

Ranch dressing is a good one. Go get the powdered packets of onion dips or other flavors. Just add SOUR CREAM and mentioned ingredients on the packets. Such as the following recipe:
Onion Dip
From: KNORR French Onion Soup, Dip and Recipe Mix
Makes about 3 cups
Time to Prepare: 5 minutes
Chill: 2 Hours
Ingredients:
1 package KNORR French Onion Soup, Dip and Recipe Mix
1 container (16 oz) Sour Cream or Light Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Milk
Method:
1. In medium bowl, combine soup mix, sour cream, and
milk.
2. Cover; chill 2 hours to blend flavors.
3. Stir well. Serve with cut up vegetables or chips.

Low-salt white beans- navy or white great northern- whirled around with roasted garlic (or raw, if you like), parsley, salt and pepper to taste, pureed to either smooth paste or slightly chunkier in the food processor or blender. Chickpeas can be substituted as well. Makes a nice tasty, low fat dip for the nutritionally minded. Other nice add ins for this include canned artichoke hearts, squeeze dried cooked spinach (when it's safe again, or use frozen and thawed), sage and bacon bits (ups the fat though), or dried tomato bits and basil. If you like a fishy taste, add in an anchovy fillet.
Other suggestions are low fat cream cheese and well mashed crab/shrimp/or fake crab, seasoned with Old Bay to taste. This is one dip that always disappears from the buffet table, and I've actually seen folks eat it with a spoon. If the mixture is too thick for dipping, you can thin it with a bit of milk until it is. Add in dried or fresh minced onion, the spinach when safe, garlic (raw or roasted), bacon crumbles, or just leave it plain. Can add a dash of Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce as you prefer.

I make a 50/50 mixture of crumbled blue cheese and tofu. Add a quirt of lemon, a few drops of hot sauce, couple of fresh mint sprigs,1tsp of sweet vermouth and a small amount of water. Fresh cracked pepper goes in last and then put in a blender.Makes a delicious dip or salad dressing.
I also like to puree roasted red peppers with x virg olive oil, squirt of lemon,,fresh basil leaves, a sprig of fresh rosemary, sea salt and a small amount of water.Makes a delicious and colorful veggie dip.Low fat too!
