here is the hooter's hotwings recipe
1/2 cups butter, melted
1/2 cup Tabasco sauce, plus
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons chili sauce
Simply mix all the ingredients together very well.
Dunk, dip or soak your cooked wings in this sauce.
For a change of pace, I will occasionally re-fry the wings after they've been sitting in the sauce, and then dunk them again once they've spent just a few seconds in the deep fryer, crisping up.
Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing, or whatever you prefer.

DOWN SOUTH HOT WINGS
5 lbs. chicken wings
Louisiana brand hot sauce (only this brand will do)
dry Ranch dressing mix (2 packets)
Separate the drumettes and wings; discard the tips. Clean and marinate wings in hot sauce at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Empty wings and sauce into baking pan and sprinkle the top lightly with dry Ranch dressing seasoning (this makes a crust on the top of the wings that is delicious).
Bake at 350°F for about an hour or until wings are done thoroughly. Mix the other pack of Ranch dressing seasoning as directed for dipping.

1/2 stick of butter
1 bottle La Victoria hot sauce (the hottest)
1 lemon juiced
2 packets of Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing
Combine all in a large pot and boil. Dip the wings into the sauce and arrange on a baking pan. Cover with the remaining sauce and bake in 350 oven until done. They are really great, I don't care for the fried ones.

Buffalo Wings

Onion powder
Salt
1 bottle Louisiana hot sauce
1/2 cup butter
Oil (for frying )
Sprinkle wing pieces with salt and onion powder. Fry in heavy skillet until well done and browned nicely. Drain on paper towels. Discard grease and wipe out skillet with paper towels.
Melt butter in same skillet and add Louisiana hot sauce. Bring to a boil and add wings. Remove from heat when wings are warmed through. Stir so all wings are coated and pour into serving bowl.
Serve with celery sticks and a bowl of ranch dressing. This is done to cut the heat down a bit.
Add Blue Cheese Dip to it. (see below)

2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

You can either fry the wings first or for a healthier (and tasty) alternative, bake them in the oven.
Mix 1/2 cup of hot sauce and 1/3 cup of melted butter and toss to coat your wings.

take a pot fill it up like half way with shortning or vegtable oil. get it to about 350 degrees. drop the wings in with room to float around. and just let them fry for about 11-15 minutes. then put your favorite sauce on them(best if you shake them in a large covered bowl with sauce) if you want more sauce put more on.
