I have heard it called kelsha? The spelling is probably not correct. I cannot find it on the internet anywhere. It could be Slovenian, Irish, German, Czech, Austrian... I know those are not all Eastern European, however, my dad's favorite dish when he was little was made by his grandmother who had all kinds of pedigree! I am just trying to cover all the bases to broaden the answer pool. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There seems to be many different versions of the recipe for this but does anyone know which is the original? Also has anybody got a favourite way of making it or something they add to make it extra special as I'm thinking of making it over christmas but all the various methods are confusing me a bit as to what's the best way.

I thought red potatoes are supposed to be like Yukon potatoes..but i've tried boiling and baking..they always come out really dry inside. I remember they are typically very moist inside. Mine turn out like baking potatos. Any suggestions.?

I am a college student and can't have an oven or toaster. Or Toaster oven. I eat easy mac every other day between meals, and I really need something new to snack on. My freezer is very small, so preferably something that doesnt demand a lot of fridge space.

Okay, have you ever been to a chinese buffet (or a chinese restaurant where you are served) and had them make the chicken with vegetables. You know, where you pick what you want and they cook it for you? Well, everytime we go my husband says he really likes the spicy sauce that they cook it with. I have been making this at home for him, but I use soy sauce. Does anyone know of a good spicy sauce that I could buy at the store to make it with? Thanks in advance.
