I purchased a package of fresh-frozen Pumpkin Gnocchi and I'm not sure what to serve it with.

Normally I woul bake gnocchi (potato) with tomato sauce and cheese; I don't think Pumpkin Gnocchi would be good like this. I'm not sure what kind of sauce and/or cheese(s) to pair with it. Any suggestions? While you're at it, how about a suggestion on what kind of side dish, such as a vegetable, to put along side it?

My stepmother informed me this morning that she no longer eats any carbs. I am making a leek soup as a main course, and I normally bake a loaf of bread with soup. What can I serve instead? Or should I just bake the bread and tell her to live with it?

I'm looking for all kinds of good and new advice on making good hamburgers. Firstly, I would like to know some good marinades you put your meat in...if you say beer or wine, please specify the type. Next I need some good tips on how to form the patties...mine always come out looking funky. Any suggestions greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I bought a whole chicken (4lbs) from the grocery store and I'd like to get as many meals out of it as possible. What is the best way to do this? Roast the chicken, eat some of the meat, save the rest, and then make chicken broth? Cut the chicken into peices and freeze some of them? There are just two of us in my household but we bring leftovers for lunch.

i'm addicted to chocolate (and yes, i consider white chocolate to be chocolate, but that's another debate), and i'm not the biggest fan of nuts in general. but everwhere i go, there are chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cookies with white chocolate chips, but no plain white chocolate chip cookies without macadamia nuts. is it illegal? do the nuts offset a poisonous reaction with the white chocolate chips that i'm not aware of? are they substituting pricey white chocolate chips with cheap macadamia nuts and hoping that people won't notice? i'm going crazy here...

I love fall because of the pumpkin!

Does anyone have any great and different recipes for pumpkin (canned preferably)? I know all about the pumpkin pies, so I'd appreciate some different uses for pumpkin :)

Thanks!
