I made Broccoli & Chicken casserole but it taste too salty.and actually I don't put salt in it.What can I do to reduce the salty taste?

when i made tost, only bottom side got toasted. do i have to turn it, then put it back in? i didnt use any tray, but the rack. were can i find recipes?

I have aquaintances who do so reguarly and suggest that I do. However in the household in which I grew up..we never did this. It just seems to me it has to destroy the nutritional content of any vegetable to do so,with meat it would seem at minimum the taste. Refreezing food just does not seem to be the best practice.
