Buy a box of Bisquick, make up the recipe for the rolled biscuits and add a cup of shredded medium cheddar cheese. You can add more if you want a cheesier biscuit. Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine in a round cake pan, and flip the biscuits over in it to coat. Then bake according to the box. Voila, Red Lobster cheese biscuits.

If you want more exact measurements, try checking out the Copycat recipe sites by doing a web search. This one is on all of them.

These are the closest I've found to RL's garlic biscuits. They're not *quite* the same, but very, very similar. I think the ones at RL are slightly butterier.

Cheese-Garlic Biscuits

2 cups Original Bisquick mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1. Heat oven to 450ºF.
2. Stir Bisquick mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 9 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Stir together butter and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits.
