Inadvertently bought no sugar added chocolate (probably for diabetics). Can I use it in a recipe that calls for cooking chocolate?

No...Cooking chocolate is also sweet but differs in composition from regular chocolates available in the market for direct consumption. It contains more cocoa solids, etc.

no... i wouldnt try it. it has artificial sweetner in it and it isnt suitable for baking....
