Seems like it's all chicken broth, not stock.

I used this recipe to make fried apple pies: 2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup shortening
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold water
2 apples
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup vegetable oil

except I used margarine instead of shortening (which people said was ok to do). I followed all the directions but I'm having the worst time rolling the dough and cutting out the pieces.

Can someone PLEASE tell me how I can solve this? :(

Stuffed Camel
1 whole camel, medium size
1 whole lamb, large size
20 whole chickens, medium size
60 eggs
12 kilos rice
2 kilos pine nuts
2 kilos almonds
1 kilo pistachio nuts
110 gallons water
5 pounds black pepper
Salt to taste
Skin, trim and clean camel (once you get over the hump), lamb and chicken. Boil until tender. Cook rice until fluffy. Fry nuts until brown and mix with rice. Hard boil eggs and peel. Stuff cooked chickens with hard boiled eggs and rice. Stuff the cooked lamb with stuffed chickens. Add more rice. Stuff the camel with the stuffed lamb and add rest of rice. Broil over large charcoal pit until brown. Spread any remaining rice on large tray and place camel on top of rice. Decorate with boiled eggs and nuts. Serves friendly crowd of 80-100.

I enjoy the chicken and beef flavours and I recently picked up some shrimp flavour that I haven't tried yet. I don't know if I'll like it but it can't hurt to try all the flavours because it's so cheap to buy.

Ok, today we made a Norwegian cookie that is very fragile in foods class. We had a substitute so we made something she wanted. I have the recipe and everything, the only thing i need to know is what kind of iron i would use to bake these cookies in. It is a special kind of iron that has a shape that leaves a special design in this cookie. At the end when you take it out, you use a special roller to roll the cookie in, it is in the shape of a cone so when you wrap it it hardens and becomes crisp and fragile. READ: It was really good and i was wondering what type of iron it was and what type of roller it was. Thanks!

I need to make a menu for my Spanish class! Please include a brief description of the dish (I don't need a recipe), along the lines of "chicken with onions and carrots" or something. I need everything from beef dishes, lamb/veal/other meat dishes, seafood dishes, side dishes, a la carte items, desserts, and drinks + alcoholic drinks. Thanks so much!

I read somewhere that fish can be cooked from frozen, however i leave it out to defrost first. I tried pan fried cod today and it just crumbled, this happened before as well when I tried to make coconut fish curry. What can I do to prevent the fish from crumbling?
