if you're cooking them in the oven, preheat the oven to 350, then cook them for 30 minutes once the oven is ready. to check for doneness, prick with a fork and if the juices run clear the chicken is done. it depends on the thickness of the cutlets, they may need to go longer.

Sear the cutlets in a lightly oiled pan till golden...then put in 350 degree oven till internal temp is over 145. By that point all the bacteria has been killed. the closer to 145 degrees you stop, the jucier it will be.

Are they raw or frozen pre-cooked? If raw they should bake 45 if pre-cooked 30-40. They will smell good and be nice and brown when done. Be sure to flip them once or twice.

Maybe that's too much time but I like breaded things toasty.

Until there is no red left inside. Pan fry for about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn over at the halfway mark.

If they are already breaded-there aren't many options. You can't boil them. The two options would be to bake them or fry them.

Probably, it will be best if you cook it until it's done.
