Instead of fat free dip try using fat free Ranch Salad Dressing, it's really the best for raw veggies and brings out their natural flavors. Good luck on the diet, but eat healthy, okay? :-)

1 cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon Hungarian paprika (you may use other paprika)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Blend the spinach with the yogurt, mayo, onion, carrots, garlic powder, red pepper, parsley& paprika.
Give it a good mix.

Check Cooking Light's website for wonderful dip recipes. Fat free dips that I made in the past (using their recipes) were:

Mexican Crap Dip
Hummus
Crab Dip
Artichoke Spinich Dip

The recipes are easy and use easy to find ingredients. They are heavy on herbs and spices, so you really don't miss the fat.

Is there a fat free peanut butter out there? I'm not sure how good it'll taste though.

Plain yogurt by itself or with a salad dressin mix mixed in. I like plain yogurt with some dry green herbs, such as chives.
