2 Suggestions --
#1 -- add about a tablespoon of olive oil to your water while boiling along with a pinch of table salt.
#2 -- try making the lasagna without boiling the noodles first -- you just need to put down a layer of sauce in the pan before the first layer of noodles and then build your layers like normal and make sure you add a cup of sauce to each layer. (There isn't a special noodle needed to do this either even though they sell "oven ready" ones.

Don't drain them completely. Well, drain them, but then leave them in the pot and fill with a little cold water from the tap. Before you layer them in the pan, make sure you blot off all the excess water with a paper towel.
Either that or use the Barilla No-Bake lasagna. They don't have the curly edges like regular lasagna noodles, but they're SO quick and easy!

I have a great recipe for lasagna with NO cooking noodles.
lasagna noodles 16-oz pkg.
1 lb. of lean ground beef
3 pkgs. of mozzarella cheese
1 small shaker of parmesan cheese
I small carton of ricotta cheese
1 can of del monte petite cut tomatoes (reg. can)
2 cans of tomato paste (tiny cans)
3 cans of tomato sauce (little cans)
1 tbsp. olive oil
garlic powder
parsley flakes
Italian seasoning (I just bought the tomato paste with Italian seasoning)
1. Brown and strain the ground meat. Add all cans of tomatoes (do not drain), sauce, paste, olive oil, seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Put a small amount of tomato mixture on the bottom of your casserole dish. Then lay one layer of uncooked noodles, then smear on 1/3 ricotta cheese, 1/3 tomato mixture, 1/3 mozzarella, 1/3 small shaker of parmesan, then layer again 2 more times. Top off with remaining cheese and parsley flakes.
3. Cover TIGHTLY with foil. Bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour! Viola!

Try adding a little olive oil to the water. Or try using the oven ready noodles. I have used both. The oven ready tastes the same.

soak them in cold water when you take out after straining them... also put a little bit of oil in the water while you are boiling.... Also what I try to do is seperate them right away and lay them around the top of the pot where they just fall not touching each other

You don't have to cook the noodles before you bake the lasagna - put them into the pan raw, and the moisture from the cheeses and meat and sauce will cook them - they won't be so soggy, either.
