I thought red potatoes are supposed to be like Yukon potatoes..but i've tried boiling and baking..they always come out really dry inside. I remember they are typically very moist inside. Mine turn out like baking potatos. Any suggestions.?

Tis not the season, ho ho ho, for red bliss potatoes. They, like new potatoes, are best in the spring. That said, if you cut them in half before boiling or steaming they would be moister. They aren't meant to be baked at all, unless you slice them and cover them with olive oil, cheese, or something moist and tasty.
