Okay, have you ever been to a chinese buffet (or a chinese restaurant where you are served) and had them make the chicken with vegetables. You know, where you pick what you want and they cook it for you? Well, everytime we go my husband says he really likes the spicy sauce that they cook it with. I have been making this at home for him, but I use soy sauce. Does anyone know of a good spicy sauce that I could buy at the store to make it with? Thanks in advance.

When cooking Chinese or any other variation I use a chili garlic sauce that you can pick up at any chinese food store. Hope this helps. Cheers,

Try black bean sauce or chili sauce.
