I have heard it called kelsha? The spelling is probably not correct. I cannot find it on the internet anywhere. It could be Slovenian, Irish, German, Czech, Austrian... I know those are not all Eastern European, however, my dad's favorite dish when he was little was made by his grandmother who had all kinds of pedigree! I am just trying to cover all the bases to broaden the answer pool. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

its called KNEDLO VEPRO ZELO - which means something like dumpling-pork-sauerkraut. Very tasty, traditious meal.
Kelsha ? I dunno what it is.
By the way, bread of czech rep. is absolutely fantastic, delishisous.
