I'm considernig giving Cookies in a Jar as a Christmas gift and you know you put the dry ingredients in a jar and wrap with a bow. What would be the tastiest recipe for this? Sometimes, I've tried recipes in a jar that just didn't come out so good. What would you suggest? I don't want to just to the regular old Chocolate chip receipe from the back of a package. I'd like it to be special.

i am going to be making a cake for a halloween block party..& i want to cover the bottom 2 layers in fondant (like i've seen on tv.) i'm only 14 but i am pretty creative and skilled.

1. do you thin fondant is easy to make and worth it?

2. do you think fondant is appripriate to use on this cake that will be sitting outside for about 3 hours(warm temp.)??

3. would the kids like it and if the peel it off is there going to be forsting underneath?

I have to do 40 cookies in the shape of a 3-tier wedding cake and I need a real good recipe for the cookie that won't make the cookies puff up but also make them not break while I am decorating on them. I tried the Wilton sugar cookie recipe but the cookies puffed up too much.

I'd say 8 years ago or so I had a recipe card for Five Cheese Lasagna. It was one of those get-new-recipe-cards-every-month type things. Anyway I lost the card long ago and have never been able to remember what cheeses I used. Does anyone have the recipe?

I hate my friend's food but I have to eat it cuz that would be rude to do otherwise. She makes vermicelli with tomato sauce and it's so bland and nasty.

what about u?

Is this the best canned chili on the market? Try dipping Keebler Elves' Club crackers in the chili for a great flavor addition!

Im using a non-stick pan and I put in some olive oil and heat it up...as soon as I crack the egg and put it in, the edges get brown and the egg forms bubbles on it and it sticks to the surface.

I can make it perfect when I use cooking spray but im all out.

So what is the proper way to fry an egg with cooking oil?
