that serves 2? My brother's recipe serves 10 and though it would probably be nice to have some to freeze for later on, I really don't want to do that.

I have tasted some good homemade toffee, and one has nuts, chocolate chips and then chocolate on the top, but anything that tastes like a heath bar would be great. Thank you.

I honestly will be sick of that thought and rather die of hunger or just consume a huge amount of deadly pills and die. That is just sick and inhumane!

It's kind of too late, I had it almost all mixed up before I realized I was out of baking soda. I doubled the baking powder called for in the recipe and just took my chances. I figured it didn't make much difference since I may have miscounted by 1/2 cup flour, too. Don't bake when you're tired... The bread is in the oven now, so I guess I'll see how it turns out...

I made One Step pancakes from a box mix where you just add water and they are really thick. I want thin pancakes and not so thick and fluffy.

I bought some pumpkin seeds from Trader Joe's, in a bag. They're "in shell," "dry roasted" and "lightly salted." They're really good, but strangely chewy (I've only ever eaten pumpkin seeds hot, crunchy, and immediately out of the oven!) Am I doing it wrong or something? Are you supposed to remove the shell, like sunflower seeds?
