I have a recipe calling for egg whites, but what do I do with the leftover yolks?

Thanks for the help!

The person who said to freeze them is right, you can do that, but you will have to pierce the yolk first, or it will burst while freezing, anyway. Spray the trays with Pam (or similar product) for easy removal after freezing. You also want to make sure that you use dedicated ice cube trays, or make sure to really wash them well after using them. Don't want everyone in the house sick!

Use it!
In a protien drink if you do that sort of stuff...
Or egg shells are good for plants... (the yolks might do too)
Also
Egg yolks are a good condition for hair... might not smell the best
but use a shampoo afterwards, provides a great sheen and luster to hair.

You can store the yolks in a bag with airtight lid filled with water. Just drop the yolks in the water, close the lid, and store in the fridge. I won't keep them for too long however...

Freeze them in ice cube trays then when frozen transfer to zip lock bags and keep in the freezer.

Make scrambled eggs, or Hollandaise sauce!
