Well..... First lets use fresh or sooon to be spoiled food
Take the Halibut, lay it on a buttered sheet pan or foil. Bake at 350* for 6-7 minutes(a minute per ounce). While it is baking in a small bowl combine some garlic, pepper, sun dried toms and cut lemon grass. Toss together and add on top pf fish 2 minutes before it is done.

For the starch, simply cook off some of your noodles and toss with some tiger sauce

lets make some coleslaw, mix equal parts of mayo and vinegar, season with pepper, cut up cabbage mix together.

Dessert: Core apples place in baking sheet, mix peanut butter and cornflakes together and stuff apples, bake till apple is tender to touch and drizzle with honey.

You're not planning on using them all at the same time, I hope! ;-)

Cook some rice, and while it's steaming, stir fry part of the cabbage, jalapeno peppers to taste, and toss in some chunks of salmon. Season with soy sauce and lemon grass, then serve over the rice.

If you really want to be fancy, bake an apple with some sugar and a little ginger to go with the stir fry. Core the apple, put the sugar and ginger in the hollow, peel a strip from the center of the apple, and bake in the micro until done.

Boil up some of the flat noodles, drain, and set aside.

In a large pan, put some of the sun-dried tomatoes, along with a few extra tablespoons or so of the oil and heat on medium with some garlic. When the garlic is soft, toss it with the pasta, add some pepper if you'd like. You could also cook some salmon and serve it with the pasta, that would be delicious.

Wow...so many options! It kind of depends what you're hungry for, sweet or salty, hot or cold. I don't think I'd know where to begin, it all feels like a major meal to me, for a snack I'd probably eat the pickles out of the jar while standing at the sink!
Maybe fry the cabbage in butter, and you could maybe add some of the tomatoes towards the end of cooking? I love fried cabbage, let it get a little brown...
Good luck!

Stir fry your cabbage with the soysauce and ginger. Add some chunks of the salmon. Serve it over prepared rice. Have a side bowl of peaches, orange segments and apple slices.

you could make a makeshift peach cobbler by mixing together the cake mix, peaches, & yogurt. Yummy! you could also sautee up the cabbage with some ginger, lemon grass, tiger, and soy and serve it with the rice and halibut. you got a whole meal in your fridge.
