what can I put in the leftover blueberry juice to thicken it into a glaze?

I would add powdered sugar and maybe a little lemon juice.

Place juice in sauce pan then add a slurry of 2Tsp water and 2Tsp corn starch. If you want the glaze sweet just add sugar to taste. I would add 2Tsp to start then add more if needed. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick

in a shallow skillet melt 1/2 stick of butter. stir in 1 cup of sugar as sugar begins to melt pour in blueberry juice continue to stir until the consistency is to your desired preference.

The easiest thing is to add some confectioner's sugar. Be sure to sift it first. You could also add regular granulated sugar, but you'd have to stir a lot to make it smooth.

You can pretty it up with butter and corn syrup. But the easiest is still just plain old confectioner's sugar

BLUEBERRY GLAZE

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. blueberries

Cook over medium heat until thick. Serve over cake, ice cream,
pancakes, waffles or cheesecake.

yes you can make a glaze out of juice and surar , icing
