hardboiled eggs, peeled and halved. scoop the yolk out and place in seperate bowl. then the "insides" is whatever possesses you. i put in relish, finely minced onions, mayo, dijon mustard (some peeps use reg mustard),salt and pepper to taste, mash and mix real good and scoop spoonfuls into the empty halfed egg "hole". then top with paprika. i've tasted a recipe with mayo, shredded cheese, finely chopped bacon bits and paprika. it was like a blt deviled egg...tasted good.

Boil eggs
Remove yolk
Add the following to the yolk:
Mayo not Miracle Whip
Bacon Bits the real kind
I add Fajita Seasoning just a little
And a little bit of mustard not alot just a 1/2 tsp.

Add the yolk back into the egg Sprinkle with paprika or dill
I do half and half then refrigerate for 30mins

Then serve.

To find the recipe you like the best test it on 2 eggs per recipe, after you find the one you like make as many as you want.

Have FUN

There are several recipes for devils eggs. I hard boil the eggs, slice them in half and scoop out the yolks. I mix the yolks with a little mayonnaise, spoon the mixture back into the halved egg whites, and sprinkle with paprika. They look extra nice if you arrange them on a bed of lettuce leaves.

To make awesome deviled eggs: boil, cool, and peel eggs. Slice lengthwise in half, and remove yolks. Put in a bowl. Finely chop onion, dill pickle, stuffed green olives. Mix with Miracle Whip or mayo, and a spicy brown mustard. scoop mixture back into egg whites. Refrigerate to cool. Yum!

I boil 6 eggs at a time. Cool, peel, halve, and put the yolks in a bowl. Mash those up with a fork with a few big tablespoons of mayo, some sweet (or dill) pickle relish, a good squirt of yellow mustard, some dried dill, and the secret ingredient...one teaspoon of white vinegar. Mix well and pipe into the whites. (You can use a ziplock for this.)

I garnish with a green or black olive slice.

Hard boil the eggs.
Peel egg when cooled
Cut them in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and put them in a ziplock bag
Add mayo and mustard to the yolks
Squish to mix
Cut off one corner to create small opening
Squirt the mixture back into the hole that the yolk was in
Chill until served.

Boil the eggs. Peel the shell and slice the egg in half. You can then add a variety of things to the yoke. Mayo, mustard, seasoned salt.

Gently hard boil the eggs. When cooled, peel them and cut them in half. In one bowl, mash up all the yolks, and put in a couple tsp each of mayo and of mustard (from a jar, not mustard powder). You can put in some onion powder, salt and pepper if you like. Mix and mash all that up until smooth, then get a spoon and stuff them. Voila! Enjoy!
