325-350 is cool. the time depends on the piece of chicken you are cooking. chicken must be cooked to a minimum internal temp of 165.

I learned this from my favorite cookbook from a cooking school in Shanghai, for boneless breasts, pound slightly, and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min. Gets crispy on outside and stays tender on inside without drying out, works great on salmon steaks too.

it depends on how many pieces and is there other food with it. i would say per heat on 400 and then put it on 350 and cook it for about 30 minutes or you could keep checking and you'll know when it's done.Good luck :)
