I was in a restaurant and had something called potato normandy. It was delicious. It was sliced potato and garlic cooked in a nice cream cheese sauce. Anyone got a recipe for something like this.

I used thighs and cooked it in salsa (like for tacos). It took too long to cook last night so we had tacos with ground beef instead. I don't want tacos for dinner again tonite. Sometimes, I use this chicken for enchiladas, but we've had those too much lately. Got any simple recipes that I can use this chicken in? Thanks!
