6 oz is 3/4 of a cup. A cup is 8 oz (liquid measure).
2 oz = 1/4
4 oz = 1/2
6 oz = 3/4
8 oz = 4/4 or 1

1 cup = 8oz. (whether fluid or dry measure). 4oz. = 1/2 cup; 6oz. = 3/4 cup. Also 2 cups = 1pt.; 2pts. = 1 qt.; 4qts. = 1gal. I jope this helps.
