filet since it's more tender...but some like the NY strip for flavor. I like meats that melt in your mouth practically.

Love Filet. We have a restaurant in our town that serves the best filet migon you would ever test. They do not even have steak knives, just plain ole butter knive to cut it. Yummy! I am on the low carb diet and i can have one!
