The cakes I bake in my microwave dont rise and turn out hard and rubbery. Even the built in convection does not give the same results like that of a traditional baking oven. Can you please help me! How do I bake cakes and cookies in a microwave? Also if you tell me how I can use the convection and grill for best results.

i've search in all supermarkets and none seem to sell sour cream powder. I love flavored fries and flavored pop corn. Obviously my favorite is sour cream. Unfortunately for me only barbeque and cheese are readily available. I'm left with no other choice but to make the flavoring myself but the internet so far hasn't helped me with regard to the recipe. any help?

I have got one, but I wondered if it was the same one?

Oh no, half my pie is all mushy now because the juice overflowed while it was baking and made a big puddle on the crust. I used an all butter crust recipie for the first time, usually I use the crisco recipie, and I put more water in the dough than it said because it wasn't sticking together. I wonder if the crust was week or if it was more likely because I made the vents differently than I usually do and smaller...? Also I cooked it at a lower temperature than I usually do for longer. I wonder which of these things could be main causes.
