i've search in all supermarkets and none seem to sell sour cream powder. I love flavored fries and flavored pop corn. Obviously my favorite is sour cream. Unfortunately for me only barbeque and cheese are readily available. I'm left with no other choice but to make the flavoring myself but the internet so far hasn't helped me with regard to the recipe. any help?

we try differnt seasonings for popcorn and fries all the time, so far, our faves include, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion pawder, ranch and italian, we get the ranch and italian dresssing mixes in the salad dressing aisle at the store, i havent seen "sour cream", but that doesnt mean it isnt there, and i never thought to look for it either, but you might try the salad dressing aisle for a "sour cream" mix.
