Can someone suggest a sauce to go with the Monkfish Risotto that I had a question asked for before. In case you need to take a look at the recipe, click the link.

Please also bare in mind, it has to be a vegetarian sauce, which contains NO alcohol, wine or Meat! Thanks!

For all those people there I need a sauce basically!! Ignore the vegetarian bit!! Provide me a sauce without wine or alcohol! thanks

To make the sauce, puree the peppers, lemon juice, and garlic in a food
processor. With the machine running, add the oil. Season with the salt.
Pour into a bowl and let stand at room temperature until ready to serve, up
to 2 hours, or refrigerate for up to one day. (Remove chilled sauce from
refrigerator 1 hour before serving.)

Not much point in having a vegitarian sauce with monkfish is there now? Monfish is not a vegetable.
