I am looking for a recipe for a 'healthier' alternative without all those chemicals, trans fats etc they put into it.

Do you mean homemade chocolates? Someone has already posted some links to recipes. If you mean actually making a bar of chocolate, it's not really practical at home - see the attached wiki for the manufacturing process.

Ice chocolate - you will need coconut fat and dark chocolate.
250g coconut fat
200g dark chocolate
Melt the 2 ingredients together and pour into small tin foil cups.
It's yummy!!!
PS keep in the freezer/fridge.
