SHAHI PANEER RECIPE
Ingredients:
200 gms Paneer How to make paneer
2 Medium Onions
1" Ginger
3-4 Garlic Pieces
2 Green chillies
1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
3-4 tbsp Cream
1/4 cup Dry fruits (Cashew Nuts, Raisins, Makhane)
1/2 cup Milk
8-10 tbsp Vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Heat oil in a kadhai.
Cut paneer into small cubes. Fry over medium heat until light brown.
Keep the paneer pieces aside.
Saute the dry fruits in one tablespoon of oil.
Grind onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli in a blender and make a fine paste.
Fry the mixture in the remaining oil until golden brown and oil starts separating.
Add salt, red chilli powder, white pepper, turmeric powder, garam masala. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add milk to make the gravy. Bring the gravy to boil. Reduce the heat and cook until the gravy becomes thick.
Put a portion of the dry fruits in the gravy while it is being cooked. Keep the rest of dry fruits for decorating.
Finally add paneer cubes and 1 tbsp cream. Heat for 5 minutes.
Garnish shahi paneer with cream and dry fruits and coriander leaves.

How to make Paneer
Paneer is Indian cottage cheese made from whole Milk, which is used in variety of Indian dishes like palak paneer, malai kofta, paneer pasanda, shahi paneer, matar paneer, paneer tikka. Many desserts are also made from paneer like ras malai, roshogulla etc..
Paneer is also good for vegetarians because animal rennet is not used for making it.
To make 150 grams of Paneer You will need
Ingredients:
Whole Milk: 1 Litre
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
Method:
Boil the Milk in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
After it starts boiling add the lemon juice while stirring.
When the milk curdles completely remove the pan from heat.
Cover for 3-4 minutes.
Drain off the liquid using a muslin cloth or cheesecloth.
Hold pouch under cold running water.
Press out excess water.
Flatten the paneer still wrapped in the cloth and place it under heavy weight for 2-3 hours.
TIPS:
You can refrigerate the paneer for about a week and freeze it for a month.
You can grill paneer because it does not melt on heating.

good day DUDE...I DONT be responsive to despite if ITS A twist of fate OR WAT..........EVEN I tell MY mom TO do basically same !!! MY DAD..MAKES IT relatively properly.
