Slip them in the freezer. That's what I do. I just get out what I need and use them.

The fresh chillies should have no moisture on its surface,
pack the "dry" chillies in plastic bag and of course, keep them in a freezer. Simple.

place a kitchen paper towel in a container put your chilles on top then cover with another sheet, i have kept chillies fresh for up to six weeks in the fridge like that,
it helps if you change the paper once a week

wash the chillies n make dem dry without any moisture on dem.... n den then pack dem in a small bag n store dem in a freezer.....
or jus get da fresh chillies frm the store, whenevr needed...
datz it..!!!!

Freezing works fine.
Keep them for up to three months.
You can pickle them in vinegar and they'll keep for years, but this alters the basic flavour quite a bit.

simply put whole into tub & freeze,they can be taken from the freezer and used with-in minutes,wash hands after handling.

first u wash them....n after dat keep them in a plastic bag...n preserve in da refrigetrater.....n do not forget to dry dem b4 keeping dem in plastic bag...
