I had some chicken tenders at a restaraunt and I sat and talked to someone for an hour and a half or so. They were not put in the fridge right away so are they still good? What about honey mustard sauce?

I have always been told to wash rice to remove the starch. However I have just been watching Delia Smith and she says not to as it removes some of the flavour and nutrients, aslo it can break the rice and cause it to stick. Now I don't know the best way, any ideas?

I recently bought a wok. After seasoning the wok, I started with my vegetables. They were perfect! I then added the cold rice, it was perfect! However, when I tried to add the egg, it all turned to mush. What is the best way to add an egg when stirfrying? Also, if you have some good recipes, be my guest:)
