1 kg Chicken wings
2 tablespoon of honey mix with water

Marinade:
6 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoon of cooking wine
3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
2 slices of fresh ginger (crushed)
3 - 4 teaspoon of sugar (adjust the sweetness as perferred)
2 teaspoon of corn starch

Mix the chicken wings, garlic, ginger with the marinade, marinate in the refrigerator overnight or at least 2 hours

BBQ the chicken wings till both sides are cooked, brush the honey on surface then grill for another 2 to 5 minutes but don't burn the skin

Or

Pre-heat the oven 180 degree C, bake the chicken wings for about 15 - 20 mins or until golden on all sides (turn occasionally). Reduce heat to 100 degree C, brush honey water over the chicken wings and bake for 3-5 mins (don't burn). Serve with garden green salad or potato salad

BBQ Chicken Wings:

Now you can enjoy the flavors of an outdoor barbecue all year round. Serve with coleslaw, biscuits, or bread, or try the wings alone as a tasty appetizer.

16 chicken wings
1/2 cup kethup
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot-pepper sauce, optional

1. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and add ketchup, low-sodium soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of hot-pepper sauce, if desired; mix well, turning chicken wings several times to be sure they're completely coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

2. Preheat the broiler and broil the chicken wings for about 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway through cooking to brown both sides.

Yield: 4 Servings (serving size: 4 wings)

Wing Zzzingers Sauce: 2 cups Red Hot hot sauce 2 cups brown sugar 2 tablespoons vinegar (Steve uses white vinegar with jalepeno peppers, onions, etc.) Stick of butter Combine ingredients and warm on stove or in microwave, then put in spray bottle and set aside. Seasonings: 1/4 cup black pepper 1/4 cup garlic, minced 1/2 cup Italian seasoning 1/4 cup chili powder 1/4 cup paprika 1/4 cup dried rosemary 2 tablespoons of red pepper (more or less to taste) The above should be enough for 7 or 8 pounds of wings. Rinse and drain 7 to 8 pounds wings. Pour some of the Red Hot hot sauce over them, and toss. Add seasoning mixture (above) until generously coated. You will lose some in the cooking, so don't skimp! Place the wings on a gas grill (or smoker) and slow cook them at a low temperature. After 20 minutes baste/mist with sprayer at least every 10 minutes. Flip them after you mist them. Total cooking time should be around 1 1/2 to 3 hours, depending on the heat of the grill. They're done when they break at the joint or you can break the wing tip off.

Italian dressing as the marinade. Cook on the grill if possible, brush the barbeque sauce as it cooks. Or bake in oven at 350 and brush bbq sauce while it cooks. The italian dressing makes it moist and juicy on the inside and the bbq sauce makes it scrumtious on the outside. YUM YUM!
