If you like feta, it's really nice on pizza.

Mozzarella is usually the most common pizza cheese, although I have found Mexican Manchego works just as well. I like to add Parmesan and if I could find it here in Mexico easily, also Romano, that would be an excellent combination.
(I too like Feta on my pizza but as a topping, NOT as part of the cheese base...)

There is one that both Kraft and sargento make that's 6 cheeses for pizza. It's Mozz, colby, romano, provolone and (oops, I can't remember the other ;o)
It's great.

~~~PolyO brand Mozerella Cheese with a little Provalone,,,and a Sprinkly of Cheddar,,,,yummy,,,,but you have to have the best mozerella which is PolyO brand,,,,,,,,~~~
