It will freeze fine. Might be a little watery after thawing. Freeze 2-3 mos.

I always make big batches of soup and freeze them. Yep, the cabbage soups works out great, but if you put potatoes in it they will fall apart a little, I don't mind that because it seems to just make the broth richer but if you don't like it you can add your potatoes when heating it up. Carrots and onions will be fine in it, and celary too.

It's acceptable after freezing, but not as good as a fresh batch. the upside to freezing is not having your house smell like cabbage twice! LOL (I still love it, smell and all)

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. Thus as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.

cabbage is like lettuce one it gets hot or frozen it isn't the same but it still is editable and you can use it

you can freeze it -but it will turn in to mush...I tried it..lots of
cabbage flavored water....
