Yeah, they should be okay--maybe a little soggy. If you like honey mustard sauce, go for it. Personally, I would prefer something along the line of blue cheese dressing or ceasar dressing or maybe some "duck sauce", but whatever floats your culianry boat...

Popular suggestion is that food can generally sit at room temperature safely for no more than 2 hours, so your chicken is safe. The sauce doesn't require refrigeration.

You have about a four hour window in which it becomes extrememly unsafe to eat food out of the proper holding temperature. I'd go ahead and reheat them to be safe. The sauce is fine out of refridgeration.

Nothing of any nutritional value comes out of a 'restaurant'. Get yourself a garden and grow chicken tenders near a south-facing wall.

yeah they'll be good. you have a period of four hours that food can be between the temps of 5 and 65 degrees before it should be disposed of. the dressing will be fine can be kept permanately at room temp.
