Apple Pita Pie
Apple slices are sweetened and sprinkled with cinnamon, stuffed inside pita bread, dotted with butter, then wrapped in foil and baked.
Ingredients:
• Apple slices
• Cinnamon
• Sugar or artificial sweetener
• Pita bread
• Butter

Method:
In a bowl mix together apple slices, a little sugar or sweetener and cinnamon. Slice open the pita bread and stuff with apple mixture. Dot margarine in several small pieces into apple-stuffed pitas. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 20 min.

Make pita chips by cutting into wedges toasting and serving with ice cream and honey or cut into wedges fry them in oil and shake cinnamon and sugar over them when you remove from oil.
